Return Policy

Customers will get full refund of what they paid if they cancel the experience within 24 hours of booking or at least 7 days prior to the date of booking. They will also receive a full refund in case of serious health problems (proven by medical certification) in case of impossibility due to serious reasons and unrelated to the responsibility of the guest that make it impossible to carry out the experience or in case it is impossible for the host to offer the experience.
